Delivery & Return Information

We currently offer delivery to all European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) countries. Delivery to the United States, Canada and the Middle East will be available from mid-2017.

 

How much does delivery cost?

FREE delivery throughout the European Union is subject to a minimum spend of £45.00/€50.00.

For orders below £45.00/€50.00, the following rates apply:

UK delivery

For deliveries in the UK, we use Royal Mail and DHL.

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders on the same or next working day (Monday to Friday), which means you should receive your order within two to five days from the date it has been dispatched. Please allow for more time when ordering during bank holidays.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us. If you haven’t received an e-mail within three working days from the time of ordering, please contact us directly.

Orders under £100

Orders under £100 are dispatched with Royal Mail. These orders are not tracked.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within two and three working days, including Saturdays (depending on area availability).

 

Orders over £100

Orders over £100 are dispatched with DHL. These orders will be tracked, and will also require a signature on delivery.

 

Express delivery and large orders

We have a range of express delivery options available. Rates depend on the size of your order. Please contact us directly for more information.

Large volume orders may be subject to additional delivery charges.  This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.

 

Netherlands delivery

For deliveries in the Netherlands, we use PostNL.

Delivery to all other EU countries, EEA & Switzerland

These terms apply for the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden; the following EEA countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway; and Switzerland.

We will send your order from either the UK or the Netherlands, depending on whichever country is closest to your location. We will use the standard local provider for all deliveries, and they will not be tracked.

Delivery terms

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the stated processing and delivery times are met but we cannot be held responsible for dispatching orders delayed by our third-party delivery partners, for example due to poor weather conditions.

We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.

We will replace any lost or damaged orders free of charge.

 

Return Information

Under the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive (‘CRD’), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by telephone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered. For example, if you receive your order on a Thursday, you have 14 days from Friday to return your order to us. To do this you must let us know in writing, which you can do by sending us an e-mail when you return your order. Refunds for orders cancelled under the CRD will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us or collection arrangements must be made as soon as possible at your own cost.

If you decide to return your order, we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.  This excludes the cost of delivery as this service is provided by a third-party company. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.  We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
